| The Longhorns, Gussie and Storm are full-time hosts at Longhill and will greet you in a real Texas style. Please do not feed them or they will not stay off the front porch. They are friendly, but because of their size, it is best to keep your distance. |
| Deer, squirrels, rabbits, and armadillos are frequently spotted along with a fox and many varieties of birds. All seasons offer many beautiful sights. The Wildseed Farm and Fredericksburg Trade Days are only one mile from Longhill Guesthouse. Luckenbach, with its famous dancehall, is just over the hill. |
